Just exactly 7 days ago on the 7th…Love the feeling after the run…They say you run faster on the race day compared to your usual days, that is so true.. Also, I think I should really start pacing myself properly so my knees don’t give in on me the next time around..

Anyways, enough of running and sky shots, I wanted to share my current snack addiction…the delicious no-bake rolled oats-peanut butter and honey! I could eat it day and night while watching TV! It is so simple to make yet so delicious, sometimes I add in some Chia Seeds to make it ‘healthier’….
I am proud (or not) to say that I definitely have a sweet tooth in general.. I made a savoury dish dessert last night and that didn’t really serve its purpose as my ‘dessert’ dish… Zucchini and bacon pie (though I took out the bacon bit part since there wasn’t any in the fridge)…
Or perhaps, my baking skills still need refinement….
